The primary goal of the Assistance, Inclusion & Mentoring (AIM) department is to support learners through differentiation of instruction, curriculum and assessment. We recognise that learners come from a range of cultural backgrounds and may have varying levels of English language proficiency.
AIM
Working in partnership with teachers, students and parents, the AIM Department supports learners to reach their full potential.
At EMS
we provide encouragement and 21st-century skill development through a combination of in-class, small-group and one-on-one support sessions. This is to confidently engage learners with the mainstream curriculum.
Inclusion is a learner-centred philosophy, founded in the belief that every learner has something unique to offer, a personal journey of discovery of the world of knowledge and of self, and a special contribution to make.
