Key Responsibilities for the Intern:
1. Social Media Support:
– Assist in scheduling and posting content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
– Help create engaging graphics, videos, and captions under supervision.
– Monitor comments and messages, escalating inquiries when necessary.
2. Content Creation Assistance:
– Support photography/videography at school events (when applicable).
– Help design basic marketing materials (social media posts, flyers, etc.) using Adobe tools.
– Create a content calendar under supervision.
3. Website Updates:
– Assist in content creation and updates for website
4. Analytics & Reporting:
– Track social media performance metrics and compile simple reports.
5. General Marketing Support:
– Aid in organising branding materials.
– Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
2. Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
4. Basic knowledge of camera usage and mobile photography skills.
5. Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Hiring Requirements:
1. Candidate should be residing in Qatar and have QID
2. Updated police clearance should be provided
3. Reference letter is needed from University or previous employer
